Welcome to our Products page for the Sign, Scenic and Theme industry. A few years ago, PPG purchased the Matthews Paint Co., a name already associated with the highest quality standards for satin and gloss exterior sign and amusement paint. It is a name so well known in the industry that PPG decided to leave it alone.

High standards in color are not the only aspect of Matthews. The entire organization is entrenched in quality customer service as well. They are very familiar with all of the major design standards out there - Pantone, RAL, etc. and have formulated all their colors, in addition to their own color selector books. If you need something they do not have a formula for, they will work with you to make it happen. Matthews also sponsors their own training schools periodically around the country, locally at the Orlando Business Development Center, where most PPG classes are held. If you need to see a manufacturer's representative beyond our own sales force, Matthews provides that as well.
